Brian Stephen has been a practicing real estate appraiser, broker and property tax consultant since the 1980s. Brian has been a part of the farm and ranch industry for almost all of his life. He grew up on a ranch in Bryan/College Station, Texas, where he still manages and resides to this day. Mr. Stephen’s background in real estate includes farm and ranch, commercial, industrial, residential, condemnation, special-use properties, feasibility studies, and real estate consultation.

Our company is headed up by a certified real estate appraiser with an MAI designation (Memeber of Appraisal Institute) that specializes in commercial and farm/ranch properties.  In the buying/selling process, the primary goal is to be able to derive a fair market estimate in order to buy or sell your property.  With our appraisal background, while not acting as appraisers, we can search recent comparable sales and help our clients with their needs.  Part of a Realtor’s duties are to help assist the buyer and/or seller obtain a fair market estimate, and we have the expertise to do just that.
